Temptation, cravings, and the ability of society to provide you with so many unappropriate appetizing alternatives to spending time in a gym will all plague you. Believe me when I say that only the tough survive! Having the will power to start, maintain and complete a diet plan is something that few people have, and if you are one of those people, give yourself a pat on the back, you’ve earned it!
