Breakfast is my favorite. It is said that breakfast is the mostimportant meal of the day and I firmly agree. Eggs, waffles, toast, bacon, smooties, you name it, I love it. As a matter of fact, anydays that I go without it, I just don’t feel right. I have actuallymet people who say they actually don’t like breakfast, whichfasinates me because I just can’t live without it.I don’t think enough could be said about breakfast. It’s justthat darn good. Between the morning breakfast restaraunt, to therelaxed Sunday morning cup of joe and toast, to the campfire cornedbeef hash, there really is nothing quite like breakfast. How about you, what did you have for breakfast this morning?Myself, I enjoyed a nice bowl of fruit in the company of reallygreat people. We have a local cafe that is just superb. Matter offact we have two. One is really shwank, which I love cause theyhave the absolute best pastries and then there is the other cafethat offers more of the filling traditional stuff. I like bothmyself, sometimes I’ll go from one cafe to the next and get my fillof both.Fruit is often a favorite included on the breakfast table. Amedely is always best. Living in Florida was always good for havingreally good tropical fruits. Among those is the mango. The mango isamong the highest in vitamin A, has very high fat content and isresponsible in treating a good many ailments. At the same time italso helps to boost your sex drive. I have put it on my list of topten best fruits. Then you have the heavier potions of breakfast. These includeeggs, bacon, fish or whatever vegetarian substitutes you may use. Ipersonally haven’t made that leap into vegetarianism nor will Iever, but I do appreciate the vegan and vegetarian foods. They areexcellent and I recommend everyone to try them and at the veryleast include them into your meaty diet.Next on the menu are the pancakes, toast, Belgium waffles, silver dollars and the like. These compliment a good breakfast likenothing else. How about some nice wheat toast with flaxseed butterand organic blueberry jelly. Or a nice stack of flapjacks withbutter piled high and a glob of Vermont Maple syrup. Then there arethose all too yummy waffles. Who can possibly pass up a couple ofthose bad boys. Especially if they are homw made from scratch. Mmmmmmmm, let’s dig in.So, with all this talk of breakfast I think I’m going to go getsome myself. I hope to see you soon with a big stack of flapjacks, some homefries and steeping cup of English breakfast while enjoyingthis American Dream.
