My girlfriend and I make this dinner almost once a week. It’sfast and delicious.What youneed:1. Rotisserie Chicken2. Buffalo sauce, or wing sauce. (we use Sweet Baby Rays)3. Monterrey Jack Shredded cheese4. TortillasWhat youdo:1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into a mixing bowl.2. Add buffalo sauce and cheese and mix. (you want to turn itinto some sort of a paste.3. Spread the mixture flat onto a tortilla and cover with asecond tortilla.4. Pinch the edges flat and tight to seeal it.5. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until browned.6. Cut like a pizza into triangle slices.How to eatit:1. Make one plate full of the quesadilla slices.2. Make one plate for the dipping sauces.Include Salsa, Sour Cream, Blue Cheese, any leftover chickenbuffalo cheese mixture.3. Serve with tostito chips.ENJOY IT
